Our Registered Nurses/Paramedics are responsible for providing in home services. They are responsible for quality and adequacy of services provided. The Registered Nurse/Paramedic is responsible for ensuring that care is delivered appropriately and the standards of quality are adhered to.

Registered Nurse/Paramedic duties include:

• Oversight of all patient functions, including but not limited to, observing signs and symptoms of reactions and reporting assessments to providers, changes in patients physical, emotional or environmental condition, and any other information deemed necessary to report to the provider.
• Complete patient visit documents and submit all documentation according to company policy and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform venous punctures. Insert and remove IV lines at different locations of the body with expertise, efficiency and accuracy.
• Follow up with the client before treatment and then after to ensure the treatment went well and they are feeling better.

Registered Nurse job requirements include:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in New York
• Minimum of 2 years of experience a Registered Nurse in either an emergency department or intensive care unit
• Has successfully started 2,000 or more peripheral IVs
• Impeccable IV skills
• Reliable car / auto insurance and is able to drive around the New York City area to client homes
• Clean background and criminal record
• Current CPR/BLS/ACLS
• Resume required for consideration

Paramedic job requirements include:

• Current and unrestricted Paramedic certification in New York
• Current and unrestricted NREMT Paramedic certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paramedic in a high volume 9-1-1 EMS system (Interfacility does not count as required experience)
• Has successfully started 2,000 or more peripheral IVs
• Impeccable IV skills
• Reliable car / auto insurance and is able to drive around the Phoenix area to client homes
• Clean background and criminal record
• Current CPR/BLS/ACLS
• Resume required for consideration

Pay: $100 – 350 per IV treatment (commission-based)

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

Experience:

• RN in ER/ICU or Medic in high call 911 (No I.F. Transports): 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• ACLS Certification (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• RN License or Paramedic Certification in New York (Required)
